For the past seven years, we have collaborated with the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA) to help support and advance women in our organization through its Rising Star and Luminary Program. As the premier catalyst for development of women in the healthcare industry, the HBA’s Rising Stars and Luminary program honors top talent who exhibit exemplary leadership, actively mentor and sponsor others and are role models who have made notable contributions to the Company.
