What to do if you experience a side effect as a result of taking a Teva medication

If you think you have experienced a side effect or an unexpected reaction to taking a Teva medicine, including over-the-counter medicines or medical devices, consult your doctor or pharmacist as soon as possible.

To enable us to continuously monitor the safety of Teva products, you can report the side effect by calling us at 1-888-838-2872 (select option #3, then option #4) or email us at DrugInfo@tevapharm.com.
