Typical day at Teva: I am responsible for leading the Specialty Sales team and ensuring the successful execution of key brand strategies. This requires collaborating with many different functions from Sales Operations, Training and Marketing, to HR. I also enjoy coaching and mentoring the team and building relationships with customers.
The biggest influence on my career at Teva: Change. I have learned how important it is to be resilient, to focus on the things you can control, and to keep a positive attitude. As a leader, the ability to help teams understand the need for change and adapt through it is both challenging and rewarding.
On making a difference: Everything we do is aimed at improving the lives of patients. I work on behalf of migraine and asthma sufferers and it is both motivating and rewarding.
My personal motto: Greatness starts at the end of your comfort zone.
