Ignite. Inspire. Influence.

We’re celebrating women’s achievements and strengthening our commitment to women in science and leadership roles.

Women around the world are leading innovation and driving change – challenging stereotypes and removing barriers and bias. At Teva, we strive to nurture a respectful, diverse and inclusive workplace, which encourages and empowers all individuals to contribute.  From the International Day of Women and Girls in Science in February, to International Women’s Day in March and beyond, we’re recognizing the influence and impact of women across Teva, both today and throughout our 120 year history.

We’re celebrating women’s achievements and contributions across Teva, and strengthening our commitment to women in science and leadership roles. Towards International Women's Day, we brought together an inspiring internal panel of women leaders who discussed how they carved their paths to success, discovered their leadership styles, and advised on growing leadership skills.
