Helping our communities and each other
Through our passion for health and wellbeing, we're committed to making a difference in the communities we touch around the world – those in which we live and work. We recognize the importance of giving something back. As part of our social impact program, we encourage our employees to participate in one of our many volunteering schemes. Our rapid response to COVID-19
We pulled together to provide 13 million units of medicines to areas impacted by the pandemic, donated 42,000 units of personal protective equipment (PPE) to healthcare workers and donated part of our salaries to raise almost $50,000 USD for various COVID-19 relief funds.
A shared hope for a greener environment
Our sustainability goals aren’t just talked about – they’re acted on. That’s why when a beach outside Israel was affected by tar pollution, 370 of us joined the national effort to clean it up and help restore its beauty.
The hybrid marathon for everyone
Across the globe, hundreds of our people take part in the Einstein Marathon– where you can choose to participate through walking, running, or joining in virtually. In 2021, collectively, we covered an impressive 3,350 km.
Our year of health
In 2021, as part of a welfare initiative, we launched monthly projects that focused on different health issues, opening up the dialogue and raising awareness. From serious diseases to mental well-being, we encouraged others to share their stories and learn through activities.
