I enjoy having many responsibilities, because it means that every day brings new challenges. Day-to-day, I am in charge of disseminating campus-wide change control reports that require prompt action, compiling monthly site metrics for the corporate team, overseeing assessments, and managing the vendor change program. I am also engaged in various continuous improvements projects within our quality department and work with many other departments at our site. This is very interesting and up-tempo work.

I am always happy to assist my colleagues and collaborate when my guidance or answers are needed. I firmly believe that when one possesses knowledge and expertise, it is beneficial to share and guide the team in the right direction. I get to do it here as part of my routine, which is great.

The best thing about my current position is all the interactions it brings as I navigate through my day. I am part of our team's efforts to ensure timely completion of tasks at hand and we really are “all in for better health,” as Teva’s purpose says.

I find fulfillment in problem-solving and appreciating the broader perspective. I consistently strive to comprehend the end-to-end processes, identifying and analyzing issues along the way. Taking the initiative is a natural inclination for me, and the support from our managers empowers me further, boosting my confidence in tackling challenges.

On a personal level, I have a deep appreciation for the outdoors, and Utah provides a stunning natural landscape. During the summer, I enjoy hiking and backpacking, while in the winter, I can indulge in skiing and snowboarding.
