Teva is proud to once again be recognized as a “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion” by the Disability Equality Index® (DEI), the world’s most comprehensive benchmarking tool for the Fortune 1000 and Am Law 2001 to measure disability workplace inclusion against competitors. This year’s DEI measured: Culture & Leadership; Enterprise-Wide Access; Employment Practices (Benefits, Recruitment, Employment, Education, Retention & Advancement, Accommodations); Community Engagement; Supplier Diversity; and Non-U.S. Operations (Non-Weighted).

The DEI was launched in 2015 by Disability:IN and The American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and is acknowledged today as the most robust disability inclusion assessment tool in business.

Teva USA has been a member of Disability:IN since January 2020 and leverages the membership for our supplier diversity and recruitment programs and this is the second year we are participating in its Disability Equality Index, which benchmarks companies based on the disability-related business practices of their US operations. Our participation in the index is championed by the Abilities Employee Resource Group (ERG) and spotlights our commitment to fostering an empowering culture for all employees by creating a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse environment.

Thank you to all who helped us reach this achievement to earn a score of 90 on this year’s DEI.
